  • Urgent but Not Important: Tasks that require immediate attention but don’t significantly impact your long-term goals, such as responding to low-priority emails. Delegate these if possible.
  • Not Urgent and Not Important: Distractions and tasks that add little value. Minimize or eliminate these from your schedule.
